From The Ruth Institute at The Stream:
ShareDespite the $140 million in box office receipts to date, some in the media are incensed by Sound of Freedom, a movie which exposes child trafficking.
“At the heart of the controversy is the ugly truth that pedophilia has been part of the Sexual Revolution from the very beginning,” said Ruth Institute president Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Ph.D.
“Major news outlets trashed the film using the exact same words: ‘QAnon,’ ‘conspiracy theory’ — anything to discredit this movie and the horrors it highlights.”
“Pioneers of the Sexual Revolution advocated for children to have active sex lives. People like Wilhelm Reich, author of the book, The Sexual Revolution, and the guy who invented the term; and Alfred Kinsey, who taught Americans to believe ‘everybody is doing it,’ back in the 1940s.”
“To achieve their goals, sexual revolutionaries needed to redefine childhood,” Morse explained. “Thus, they sought to convince us that children are not innocent beings who need their parents to protect them. Rather, children are sexual beings who need their parents to allow them to do whatever they want sexually, without guilt-tripping them.”
“So, it’s not surprising that pedophiles are drawn to the Sexual Revolution, and that they minimize the harms of child sexual abuse. That’s why those who have sworn allegiance to the movement see The Sound of Freedom as a threat,” Morse observed.
“They don’t want the public focusing on the evil of this $150-billion global criminal enterprise. Instead, they want to cover Drag Queen Story Hour and label states that have banned trans ‘surgery’ and hormone blockers for minors as inhumane.”
“They view anything that impedes their agenda as a threat. However, as ticket sales demonstrate, the public isn’t buying it,” Morse concluded.
