1964 Interview with J.R.R. Tolkien

From Boing-Boing: "Denys Gueroult of the BBC interviewed J.R.R. Tolkien in 1964. I enjoyed listening to the posh accents at least as much as the discussion about what Middle Earth and its peoples represent."

Happy New Year.

I just learned that Father Edgardo Mortara died in 1940, in "Lüttich" - Liège.

I'm a bit more interested in how he saw current events before he died than in how his parents saw his taking away before he had to escape from Italy.

Have you an idea?
