Happy New Year.
I just learned that Father Edgardo Mortara died in 1940, in "Lüttich" - Liège.
I'm a bit more interested in how he saw current events before he died than in how his parents saw his taking away before he had to escape from Italy.
Have you an idea?
Happy New Year! I have no idea.
