Creating a Gracious Home

The designer considers carefully how each room will function—factoring in clients’ stage of life and way of life—to satisfy unique priorities. In her own quarters, where hospitality is prized, slipcovers give a polished appearance to Chippendale chairs but allow for easy cleaning.
