Thanks for the link! I had no idea these common ingredients were so good for maladies and as disease inhibitors. I don't use kale, licorice, horseradish or avocado. I do like horseradish quite a bit, and real licorice(health food store variety) is nice as a candy. Tumeric is one of my all time favorite ingredients. I use this spice for every dinner.
