The Elven Languages of Middle-Earth

In Tolkien’s works, the elves are depicted as an ancient and sophisticated race, with their own unique languages and cultures. There are several elven languages spoken in Middle-Earth, each with their own grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. The most prominent elven language in Middle-Earth is Sindarin, which is spoken by the Grey Elves, or Sindar. It is considered the common tongue of the elves and is the language most frequently spoken in Middle-Earth. Sindarin has a complex grammar system, with different verb forms for different tenses and moods.
