Thanks for that post which I hope will clrarify issues regarding Halloween. There are more things harmful to your children than Halloween. It is all in how one presents it to the child, and isn't that what parents or guardians are for....guiding and instructing and using events as 'learning' opportunities. For that matter, the way Christmas is currently celebrated could be considered detrimental to a child's understanding of values. Halloween can be turned into a fun and wholesome time for the whole family without one blowing its significance out of proportion and over-exaggerating its corrupting influence.
