"La langue français est une femme. Et cette femme est si belle, si fière, si modeste, si hardi, se touchante, si voluptueuse, si chaste, si noble, si familière, si folle, si sage, qu'on l'amie de toute son âme, et qu'on n'est jamais tenté de lui être infidèle."* Anatole France

So it seems should be English.

Here at the prison we have a plethora of lingustic anomalies. Gang members who are Bloods never write a word with a c. My name has a varity of spellings, most are unrecognizable, as are the words notry for Notary, Vanilla enveloe, for manila envelope, It goes on. Even the ones who have an education add a s to make a word plural, especially a proper noun like Smith to Smiths, of for get to use an article between words.
