Massacre of the Priests

A list of the French priests killed during the September Massacres in September, 1792, for refusing to take the Oath to the government which would mean denying the papal supremacy.
In September “Vigilance Committees” were set up and mobs sent to the make-shift prisons. On 2nd September a season of bloodshed and slaughter began. The inmates were cut-down in cold blood. All of the prisoners, even the old and disabled, were put to the sword. The executions at the old Carmelite monastery in Paris were recorded. (Read entire post.)

To actually see all the names of the murdered clergy gives one goosebumps. This is what the French had the audacity to call"Liberte Egalite Fraternite." What an absolutely disgusting example of state sponsored genocide.
