The Hijacking of the 2020 Election

There is a consensus that American society in 2020 is more polarized than at any point in the nation’s history. If Joe Biden is inaugurated as President thanks to an irrefutably fraudulent and choreographed election, then this polarization is irreversible and will ultimately lead to a permanent fracturing of the country as the central government will be deriving its power from usurpation and not from the consent of the governed. The sixty-year crusade of the American left and its Hate America Strategy, conceived to facilitate the ultimate transformation of the nation, will have succeeded in ways they never could have imagined.

As a refugee, naturalized citizen and someone who has traveled extensively while dealing in corporate and international finance for 45 years, I have watched in abject disbelief as this disturbing and traitorous Hate America scheme has taken root and flourished among the populace. At a public hearing in Arizona with select members of the state legislature and members of President Donald Trump’s legal team, lawmakers called for their colleagues to support an upcoming resolution that would delay the release of the state’s Electoral College votes.

Arizona state Rep. Mark Finchem told reporters during the Nov. 30 hearing that they hope to have a resolution “within the next 24 to 48 hours.” The state holds 11 Electoral College votes.

“We are clawing our Electoral College votes back, we will not release them,” Finchem said. “That’s what I’m calling on our colleagues in both the House and Senate to do—exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.”

“There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statute when it comes to this one question.”

According to Finchem, the move would be easy to do and would be legally binding.

“A simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day can pass a resolution and cause those electoral votes to basically be held,” he said. “And it is binding—I’ll see y’all in court.”

In total, nine Republican state lawmakers attended the meeting. They had requested permission to hold a formal legislative hearing at the Capitol but were denied by the Republican House speaker and Senate president, according to The Associated Press.

Trump’s attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, alongside witnesses, appeared in front of members of the Arizona Legislature alleging that considerable voter fraud occurred in the state. They also pushed for the Republican-majority state House and Senate to hold a vote on the certification of the election.

During the hearing, a cybersecurity expert said the user manual for Dominion Voting Systems machines guides users on how to connect to the internet, and that the machines, used by multiple states, were connected to the internet during the election. (Read more.)

AND Magazine just received a tip that Dominion Voting Systems is moving and accessing voting machines against the recent court decision to preserve all the Dominion voting machines and records.

Twitter user @MattJohnson posted video that he says shows Dominion is moving machines in Gwinnett County – one of the three counties affected by the preservation order. The judges order “blocked three Georgia counties from altering or erasing data on Dominion voting machines after Republican nominees to the Electoral College filed an emergency motion. (Read more.)

It’s why they hate him so much, as a last resort, they have stolen an election to finally drive him out of office. But don’t take our word for it; take Powell’s word. 

In a massive legal filing in Georgia, Powell makes some 30 claims of vote fraud including: 

— The software that was used by Dominion voting machines in several key battleground states was accessed by operatives in China and Iran “in order to monitor and manipulate elections,” including this year’s contests.

“By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020,” says the suit. — A witness claimed in a sworn affidavit that the software used by Dominion was actually designed for the Venezuelan government for the sole purpose of stealing elections. 

— Voting tallies in the Dominion machines can be altered by inputting a malicious code with just “7 minutes alone with [the voting machine] and a screwdriver,” according to Andrew Appel, Princeton professor of computer science and election security expert.

— Ballots can be spoiled by the machine because the “marking printer is in the same paper path as the mechanism to deposit marked ballots into an attached ballot box,” according to a University of California-Berkeley study.

— Because the machines are improperly or illegally connected to the internet, they are subject to hacking and manipulation. “There is evidence of remote access and remote troubleshooting, which presents a grave security implication,” affiant Hari Hursti, a Finnish computer programmer and election security expert, testified.

— Hursti also says that the voting machines’ activity logs can be overwritten, meaning hackers can both alter results and then erase their steps.

— Experts who have reviewed Dominion’s own machine operating manuals have said they instruct operators on how to change settings to exclude certain ballots from being counted.

— In one Georgia country, 3,300 votes were discovered on USB flash drives that were never loaded into the central vote tally system.

— According to Williams Briggs, a statistician and former Cornell Medical School professor, an analysis found that between 31,559 and 38,886 absentee ballots were returned by GOP voters but never tallied.

— Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp illegally allowed election officials to open the outer envelopes of absentee ballots three weeks prior to Election Day, though state law “clearly prohibits opening absentee ballots prior to election day,” says the suit. 

— A hand recount of the election ballots by state officials was a scam because there was no meaningful observation allowed. 

— Several observers testified that votes for President Trump were placed during the recount into piles for Democratic challenger Joe Biden.

— Some ballots from trays for Libertarian Party candidate Jo Jorgensen as well as “No Vote” trays were placed in the Biden tray, according to one eyewitness.

— Signatures on mail-in ballots were not verified during the recount process, according to one witness. “At no time did I witness any Recounter or individual participant in the recount verifying signatures [on mail-in ballots],” the affiant stated.

— Many batches were for Biden 100 percent.

The suit seeks these remedies, via The Epoch Times:

1. De-certify the election results
2. Not transmit the currently certified election results to the Electoral College
3. Transmit instead certified election results that state that Trump is the winner of the election
4. Impound all the voting machines and software in Georgia for expert inspection by the plaintiffs
5. Not count votes received or tabulated by machines that weren’t certified as required by federal and state law
6. Produce 36 hours of security camera footage of all rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in Fulton County. (Read more.)

Arizona state representative Mark Finchem (district 11) on Monday issued a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “he believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis appeared before Arizona state lawmakers in a public hearing on Monday. The hearing was chaired by Representative Mark Finchem with a number of House and Senate members on the hearing panel.

Trump’s legal team brought out many credible witnesses again on Monday who testified on the Dominion voting machines and other irregularities that point to outright Democrat voter fraud. (Read more.)

All eyes are on Georgia as the fate of the free world lies in the two senate runoff elections coming to Georgia in January. I say this, because Democrats have already told us what they intend to do if they win the majority in the senate, and their plans would effectively end the republic as we know it.

If Republicans lose both senate runoff elections, that would make the senate split at 50-50. That means the vice president would split every tie vote. With that, the Democrats have threatened if, God forbid, Joe Biden gets in, they will get rid of the filibuster rule, so that Democrats could ram anything through that they want, making the minority party helpless to stop them. They would also pack the US Supreme court and federal district courts with leftists who like the current leftists on the court do not usually rule based on the Constitution, but on whatever the leftist ideology of the day happens to be. The Democrats have vowed to also bring Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. in as new states giving the Democrats four more senators so that they would always have a majority. Folks, if they achieve these goals you can give your freedom good-bye.

Georgia’s top election official says that he is starting an investigation into whether third-party groups are trying to register people from other states to illegally vote in Georgia’s January 5 Senate runoff elections. You know the Democrats are going to repeat the cheat that they did in the November 3rd general election, the evidence of which I will mention below. (Read more.)
