Berry and Caroline

Here is a portrait of the Duc de Berry on a plaque given by the Duchesse de Berry (Caroline of Naples) to the Bishop of Chartres. The plaque commemorates the death of Berry in February 1820 and contains locks of hair from himself and his wife. Below is a miniature of Caroline, Duchesse de Berry, in mourning.

Account of the assassination of Berry, HERE. Read about them in Madame Royale.
