Nutrition and Local Foods

Just Jen has a really intriguing interview with a nutritionist about homesteading and the benefits of eating locally grown produce.

  1. Thanks for offering the interview, Jen. This is a topic that a lot of people want to learn more about, I think.

  2. I feel gratified to see this kind of link in a - very interesting - site like this.

Too often, I have felt a certain opposition between a traditional Catholicism and ecological concerns.

I think the two go together, and need to go together.

Both involve a rejection of the horrors perpetrated by modernism ...

Both are necessary to save the earth ...

Although this should not be taken as giving the two equal significance.

    The Faith comes first!

I am glad to have discovered this rich and meaningful site ...
