Jenny Kiss'd Me

Jenny kiss'd me when we met,

Jumping from the chair she sat in;

Time, you thief, who love to get

Sweets into your list, put that in!

Say I'm weary, say I'm sad,

Say that health and wealth have miss'd me,

Say I'm growing old, but add,

Jenny kiss'd me.

  1. I do so love the artwork you use Elena:).

    I have found a montage of women in art and put it on our blog. I thought you may like to take a peek at it.
    I like the way it shows how art has changed through the decades when painting women in particular.

    I found it on YouTube and loved it. One can also see the 'impressionists' very clearly and the influence of Art Deco..but the cubist art....ICK! YUCK! LOL!

    Yours in friendship,

    Marie
