I don't remember enough of it now unfortunately, since my attention has been in classical and medieval history and medieval science for the last couple of years. I will however, look at Schama and I am finally going to buy your works on the subject. :DAthanasiushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11857043218277004727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7534539169157708222.post-48622010272736626772010-07-17T08:34:59.640-04:002010-07-17T08:34:59.640-04:00Sorry, A., I have only read her books on Louis XVI...Sorry, A., I have only read her books on Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette. She is heavy into conspiracy theories (some of which are true but others questionable) so anything of hers that one reads should be balanced out by likewise reading Simon Schama.elena maria vidalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17129629173535139807noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7534539169157708222.post-28466690068073667012010-07-17T05:17:40.287-04:002010-07-17T05:17:40.287-04:00Have you read Nesta Webster's work on the Fren...Have you read Nesta Webster's work on the French Revolution? The beautiful flag of Quebec is as close today as we can get to France's ancient flag. I saw the Quebec flag recently flying outside a hotel in Boston which I pass everyday on my way to work. The flag took my breath away and I thought of Royal France. God bless all the French Royalists on July 14th.lara77https://www.blogger.com/profile/12595738597369639417noreply@blogger.com
