The Dignity of Women

Margaret at The Hidden Cottage is studying Pope John Paul II's Mulieris Dignitatem with some beautiful posts. She says:

I think the dignity of women is under attack in our society. Some thoughts that popped in my head as I read were how women are told they are 'free' now - free to leave their marriages, free to have sex whenever/wherever/with whomever they want, free to avoid babies because they are a burden, free to 'have it all', etc. But is this real freedom, or bondage to the world? True freedom embraces eternal truths; the lies that our world spits out are not going to make us happy or truly free. Share
